At Loom & Lane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return. We'll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include your RAN in the package.
Ship the item to our returns address (provided with your RAN) or drop it off at any of our branch locations.
